Description

Solution Architect required to act as Technical Interface to the customer, responsible for solutions that matches the customer requirements.

Define the architecture & design of the SI customer solution in-line with the Offer Creation Document/
CPA.

Responsible for the proper end-to-end feasibility and optimization of the SI customer solution.

Responsible to ensure that the customer fully understands the solution design against the agreed scope, through effective communication with the customer and a close working relationship with the Delivery.

Key responsibility areas:

*E2E analysis of SI Delivery project requirements vs. solution feasibility, necessity of adaptations design optimization.
*Initiate and perform suitable workshops.
*Definition of high-level design (architecture) & detailed design approval.
*Support Implementation of the customer solution (blueprint deliverables, SW & 3rd party customisation parts migration).
*Prime interface for (Use Cases) Development and Product Line teams.
*Development migration concepts, drive development of migration procedures and tools, if applicable.
*Requirements outside of the agreed scope are captured within a new Sales case
or, changes within the agreed scope are raised and managed in-line with the change request process.
*Analyse new feature requests vs. feasibility, effort and time line of implementation.
*Drive resolution of conceptual issues raised during acceptance test phase.
*Feedback for SI Blueprint (Solution Description) Solution update.

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years hands-on project experience, within the telecommunications industry are required. Preferably with an Operator or Vendor. Candidates speaking Spanish will be a huge bonus, otherwise candidates only speaking English will be considered.
