Description
Harvey Nash's client in Edinburgh requires a Communications Manager to join them on an initial 6 month contract, starting ASAP. You will be joining an existing team, working on a digital transformation programme that is well underway, and requires additional support to expand.
You will be involved in the following:
. Developing a Communications Strategy for the digital service
. Integrating a plan for PR, marketing and web activity
. Collaborating with the Corporate Communications team
. Hands on management of digital agency work, looking at content development and social media
. Monitoring external communications
Essential Criteria
. Experienced in managing high profile communications projects
. Managing and implementing communication strategies
. Public Sector communications experience is a must
. Proven track record delivering PR, communications and marketing
. Experience of dealing with high level stakeholders within Public Sector
. Digital Marketing/Web Content Management abilities
. Basic Disclosure Scotland Certificate (valid within 12 months)
