Description
My client is seeking English & FRENCH speaking ICT/ITO Project/Operation Director for a contract role in Morocco.
Responsibilities
Provide a single point of contact for project(s)' stakeholders and responsibility to manage project(s) delivery
Be responsible for tracking schedules, milestones, deliverables and action items related to the project(s) that he/she manages
Coordinate all executive, management and technical meetings related to the project(s) he/she manages
Provide regular status reports and resolve or escalate obstacles to ensure project success. Communicate consistently with management, client, and team to deliver transparency, to manage expectations and mitigate risks to ensure project success
Skill Requirement
At least 10 years of experience of project management in IT, Managed Service, System Integration, Management Consulting field or similar industry
Experience in managing complex IT, System Implementation, Management Consulting projects or equivalent
Experience in managing complex customers and vendor strategic alliances
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French
Proven track record managing multiple projects that use multiple technologies and suppliers
Strong leadership skills with those outside of direct authority
Substantive knowledge and understanding of telecom regulations, products, practices
Responsible for managing multiple projects
Mandatory skill set: MS Project expertise, experience with project management principles, schedule creation, cost estimation, excellent communication skills, implementation plan design, and briefing skills
