Description
We are recruiting for one of the nation's largest commercial companies who provide an extensive range of construction services including construction management, general contracting, design and build and preconstruction. Currently we are looking for an experienced Sub Agent to join our site project at Woolwich Crossrail on a long term temporary contract (until November 2017).
Job Purpose:
To oversee a geographical area for Woolwich station fit-out.
Main duties/responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of engineers and supervisors
- Responsible for all aspects of the work in the area
- Coordination of trades
- Expediting design
- Coordination of temporary works design and execution
- Reporting on progress
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Production of certification packages for completed works
- Management of sub-contractors
- Management of all aspects of Health & Safety
Ideal Candidate will have the following skills/experience:
- Civils based background
- Main contractor experience
- Civil Engineering degree
- Experience of building and M&E works
Pay rate is negotiable depending on experience.
