On behalf of our client we are looking for a Strategy consultant with below competencies and responsibilities:

Description:
Strategic Software Process expert.
The assignment is to support and assist as a strategic process expert rolling out the newly approved Software Process mandatory for all IT Areas and Group IT to use. It includes preparing spot checks on both the entire software process life cycle and mandatory test process both on request and on the production gate. Introduction sessions are needed to all users being eg developers, line managers, BCIO's, project managers on all levels, test managers etc.
To ensure the dialogue is on the right level we need support to raise the bar competence wise and ensure we follow international standards and artefacts on both the agile and traditional approach.
Currently we do not have employees with these competencies and need to use an external consultant to ensure we keep the right direction.
Management responsible required eg delivery manager and strong with experience driving implementation of processes etc.
Location is in Copenhagen
