Location: Plano TX
Duration: 3 months
Timings: 9 AM- 6 PM with some mandatory OT.
Job Description:
- HUD Review Specialist.
- 6 months + experience in a title, mortgage or escrow company
- Top notch communication skills - written, by telephone and in person
- A natural commitment to exceptional customer service
- Good typing and data entry skills, with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of industry software: Datatrace, Datatree, Supersearch, DataQuick, a plus.
- Able to multitask, think and act quickly, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional demeanor in a busy office environment
Description:
- Review Closing Instructions, Closing Statements/HUD's, invoices and payoffs for balancing purposes as well as RESPA guidelines.
- Balance files to Closing Statement/HUD and check file for specific funding instructions.
- Maintain daily queue of incoming files
Requirements:
- Must be a great multi-tasker and able to work within a small team.
- Must be a quick learner - able to pick up computer systems and client needs.
- Must be a self-starter, but also willing to work alongside a team.
- Must be detail oriented
- Escrow knowledge is a plus
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and interact with all levels of the team
- Ability to work in a high volume environment
