Identity and Access Management Architect

Within the Global Security department you will be one of the security architect in charge the development of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities and supporting the business with the implementation of the related solutions.

Role:

  • Working with the IAM Lead Domain Architect and management team to define and document the IAM capability vision and roadmap, maintain the IAM reference architecture and model;
  • Drive the IAM tooling implementation and evolution.
    In charge of pre-studies and project initiation:
  • Identify, shape and document IAM solutions (organisation, process and tooling) addressing business requirements, possible improvement and cost saving opportunities
  • Agree on and document business requirements with stakeholders
  • Contribute to definition of project roadmap, deliverables and best approach.
  • Elaborate business cases supporting IAM project proposals.
  • Working as part of the project delivery team, actively supporting project leaders:
  • Responsible for aspects of the solution, providing clear and consistent solution architecture leadership at a detailed level;
  • Studying architecture/platform; identifying integration issues.
  • Ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, meeting business needs and requirements, are pragmatic and efficient.
  • Design and document processes, governance, guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal and external suppliers to ensure solution makes best use of technology and meets requirements.
  • Leading collaborative working with peers to ensure that:
  • IAM capabilities and architecture enable business, align and contribute to the Group strategic security architecture
  • All solutions are complete, operable, conform to business processes and meet the business needs with the agreed quality of service.
  • Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging security practices and standards;
  • Participating in educational opportunities;
  • Reading professional publications;
  • Maintaining personal networks;
  • Participating in professional organizations.

Education:

  • University Master in IT, Engineering or equivalent.

Languages:

  • Able to write documents in English and have interactive meeting in English, Dutch and French

Profile:

  • 5 years of professional experience in Information Security Technology
  • Information security in general (awareness of the best/common security practices)
  • Good understanding of IAM security architecture, technology and processes.
  • A recent experience in financial/insurance institutions and/or Internet business would represent a differentiating factor
  • Implementation of IAM solution (process, governance, process)
  • Proven track in IAM project/program management
  • Strong and proven Communication skills
  • Networking and Influencing skills.
  • Ability to proactively and autonomously initiate and drive collaborative work with peers and stakeholders
  • Written communication skills, including technical writing skills; ability to document solution, project track, business cases, technical tasks and concepts, process.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment with a strong team spirit.
  • Ability to manage time and priorities efficiently and to work autonomously and under stress.
  • Perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision within specific assignments
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
