Description

Digital Marketing Executive required to join Financial Services company on a 3 month contract based in Cardiff.

Job Summary

To be responsible for delivery of high quality digital marketing campaigns, assisting with the co-ordination of the Insurance content strategy and to manage and evaluate onsite content through owned channels, providing an optimal user experience. This role will be focused specifically on B2B & B2B2C distribution channels to support the Insurance Partnership division in achieving its business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the insight, sales and communications teams to develop digital communication strategies relevant to B2B & B2B2C audiences.

To plan, design and build new campaign pages and online collateral to support Insurance Partnership marketing campaigns.

Develop and deliver of digital related marketing programmes of work that delivers best of breed online experience for Advisers and consumers focusing on the customer journey, and utilises communication channels such as email, social media, and website content.

Develop measurement framework to produce and evaluate relevant Digital MI to inform more compelling and innovative digital delivery across all distribution channels.

Put continuous improvement processes in place to deliver to increase both engagement and the end-to-end digital marketing experience for both adviser and consumer audiences.

Identify efficiencies for content management and control accuracy and fix issues where required.

Provide input to digital marketing projects across the Insurance Partnerships division to ensure a positive and consistent experience for online Advisers.

Deliver usability and design in line with the Partnerships vision and working within the framework.

To share learnings and best practice with the wider Marketing and Digital teams.

To manage the implementation of new and revised products to ensure that the product meets its target market and that exceptional sales outside of this market are validated.

Knowledge:

Experience of digital marketing mix - Essential

General understand of SEO principles - Essential

Experience of Marketing to B2B and B2B2C audience - Desirable

Working knowledge of web development process and the integration of technologies - Essential

Experience of using digital analytics tracking software to produce and evaluate MI - Essential.

Knowledge of Financial Services marketing and regulatory requirements ie DDA - Desirable,

Digital agency relationship management experience - Essential

Skills:

Content Management System experience - Essential.

The ability to analyse data and identify trends - Essential

Basic copy writing skills - Essential

Problem solving skills to work through challenging scenarios - Essential

Planning and organisational skills - Essential

Able to use own initiative and make judgement based on both fact and intuition - Essential

A good track record of teamwork and the ability to influence key stakeholders - Essential
