SC Change Analyst/6 months/London/£350/£400 a day
A Government agency based in central London is in urgent need of a Change Analyst who has SC clearance. The successful Change Analyst will be required to set-up and facilitate business change workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document the current and future states.
- Identifying the differences and how this will be addressed by the business change team.
- Produce business change impact maps and gap analysis.
- To produce an Action Plan to bridge the business change gap.
- To manage the action plan and assist with the preparation of the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist and produce communiqués; materials; presentations etc.
- Support the Implementation Managers during the roll-out.
- If required produce standard documentation to support future business change workshops.
The Change Analyst will work within the Integration & Business Change team and will oversee the delivery but focusing on developing the User Experience. As a Change Analyst the incumbent will be responsible for planning and monitoring the implementation of User facing change for two of the current programs. The Change Analyst will be responsible for delivering a number of products, determining the business change gap and producing action plans to address these. They will then review the output to refine the products through the Alpha, beta and live roll-out phases of these 2 major change programs.
