Finance Analyst - Customer Service

Based in Berkshire

Start - Immediately ideally

Our client, an exciting telco company based in Berkshire, is looking to add a Finance Analyst to their ranks on a contract basis.

They are looking for a proven Finance Analyst who can join the Finance/Customer Service department and support the Director of Contact Centre in providing timely and accurate financials on associated costs across their Contact Centre.

In this role you will be required to provide modelling, forecasting and financial analysis, analysing contact centre headcount/pricing scenarios. In this role you will be need to interact with a wide range of business owners and 3rd parties.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Be accountable for month ends
  • Budget and forecasting
  • Presenting financial impacts back to the business
  • Business case financial analysis

Required Skills:

  • CIMA or ACCA qualified
  • Excellent Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
  • Experience of interfacing with commercial teams
  • An ability to do Report writing for a senior management audience
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Good commercial acumen
