Position summary:
You will be responsible for the operational management of systems and tools in the following areas.
Feasibility, Provisioning, Migrations & Repair: of multiple Telecom Network domain
Planning, Engineering & Construction:
You need to lead motivate and coach your team to the mission and the objectives of the Department of IT in the respective and your team.
You need to lead a team of about ten people (internal staff, local contractors and on-site partners), supplemented by offshore employees.
You need to manage the planning and the work content of the team members.
You ensures proactive cooperation on projects to ensure the operational readiness.
You guarantee the compliance with the service levels within the domain.
You guarantee a strong relationship with our internal customers to satisfy their needs to improve customer satisfaction and to understand business SLA's.
You guarantee delivery of (offshore) partners within the contractual conditions.
You will stand in for solving technical problems.
You will be responsible for the operational coordination and follow-up of important incidents within the team.
You will be responsible for the implementation of the logged incident, problem and change management processes within the team.
You define KPls for availability, performance, quality and reliability of the activities within the team.
You create, improves and maintains the operational procedures in order to increase the efficiency and operational excellence.
