IT Operations Manager
I am currently hiring an IT Operations Manager for a client of mine in Belgium. This is a long term project with an initial minimum term contract of 1 year. The work environment is English speaking so no other language >requirement
Job Description:
- You will be responsible for the operational management of systems and tools in the following areas.
- Feasibility, Provisioning, Migrations & Repair: of multiple Telecom Network domain. Planning, Engineering & Construction. You need to lead motivate and coach your team to the mission and the objectives of the Department of IT in the respective and your team.
- You need to lead a team of about ten people (internal staff, local contractors and on-site partners), supplemented by offshore employees.
- You need to manage the planning and the work content of the team members.
- You ensures proactive cooperation on projects to ensure the operational readiness.
- You guarantee the compliance with the service levels within the domain.
- You guarantee a strong relationship with our internal customers to satisfy their needs to improve customer satisfaction and to understand business SLAs.
- You guarantee delivery of (offshore) partners within the contractual conditions.
- You will stand in for solving technical problems.
- You will be responsible for the operational coordination and follow-up of important incidents within the team.
- You will be responsible for the implementation of the logged incident, problem and change management processes within the team.
- You define KPls for availability, performance, quality and reliability of the activities within the team.
- You create, improves and maintains the operational procedures in order to increase the efficiency and operational excellence.
