Job Description

Responsibility

  • Be responsible for Data Center technical architecture management and support

  • Technical support to resolving major incident;

  • Review and assessment technical solution of major change;

  • Design technical solution,ie capacity monitoring, system maintenance solution to improve operation effectiveness and efficiency;

  • Design capacity management solution and generate capacity plan

  • Serve as the functional and technical expert

  • Work with the internal departments to define technical requirements for Work Requests.

  • Review and integrate all requirements for the infrastructure

  • Evaluate impact of change from a solutions point of view

Skill Requirement

  • Over 10 years working experience in IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom domain

  • Be experienced in Data center infrastructure (UNIX Wintel, Database, Storage, Backup and Network) operation, solution and maintenance.

  • In-depth technical knowledge in Telecom Managed Service

  • Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards

  • Ability to analyze client's needs and design solution

  • Ability to develop infrastructure requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community

  • Can accept frequently global travel, Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, fluent in oral English
