Job Description
Responsibility

Be responsible for Data Center technical architecture management and support

Technical support to resolving major incident;

Review and assessment technical solution of major change;

Design technical solution,ie capacity monitoring, system maintenance solution to improve operation effectiveness and efficiency;

Design capacity management solution and generate capacity plan

Serve as the functional and technical expert
-
Work with the internal departments to define technical requirements for Work Requests.

Review and integrate all requirements for the infrastructure
- Evaluate impact of change from a solutions point of view
Skill Requirement
- Over 10 years working experience in IT industry.

Strong knowledge of telecom domain

Be experienced in Data center infrastructure (UNIX Wintel, Database, Storage, Backup and Network) operation, solution and maintenance.

In-depth technical knowledge in Telecom Managed Service

Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards

Ability to analyze client's needs and design solution

Ability to develop infrastructure requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community
- Can accept frequently global travel, Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, fluent in oral English
