Description
Corporate Capital Management Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAS, CCAB) required for initial 3-month contract for key client based to the South of Edinburgh (East Lothian)
Our client requires a fully qualified Accountant to assist with the final close of year end accounts. The ideal candidate will be a Management Accountant who can review complex financial data and correct errors or a Corporate Capital Accountant who has experience of setting procedures for the future.
Essential Experience
- Qualified accountant with membership of a CCAB (CIPFA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAS)
- Substantial experience of working in local authority finance, and/or a wider financial environment
- Expereince in delivering corporate projects
- Substantial experience of budgeting, management and/or financial accounting and financial forecasting
- Ability to assess and communicate complex or technical issues effectively
- Developed negotiating skills with the ability to influence and challenge decision-makers at all levels
- Developed report writing skills
