Your tasks:
- Tracking and Cut Over planning of IT services between different divisions
- Analysis of the current IT Services, i.e. which services are in condition? Who receives which services from whom?
- Requirement analysis with the individual countries
- Negotiation of services
- Set up of a first template draft
- Communication with Business and IT in the individual countries
- Project management activities
Your qualifications
- Profound knowledge in the area of TSA’s (Transitional Service Agreements)
- Profound knowledge as a Sub-Project Manager
- Negotiating skills
- Experience in Contract Mgmt. and Procurement
- Experience in negotiating contracts
- Experience in IT Services
- Fluent English skills, other languages are beneficial
