Our client has an urgent role for an SAP Training Lead in West London. The role will last for approximately 12-18 months with a negotiable rate depending on experience. Some of the main duties will include working heavily on a Financial Transformation Programme and maintaining and enhancing governance for training programmes (analysis, strategy, approach, design, challenges/risks, project plans, staffing models, etc).Some of the key skills required are:
Key Skills and Experiences:
*Solid Training Lead background
*Experience developing finance training courses and documentation
*Experience of ADDIE model.
*Experience working on Finance Transformation projects
