Marketing Manager
Start: ASAP
Length: 12 Months
Rate: £300PD
Location: London
Responsibilities:
*The design, planning, management and measurement of all marketing activities
*Identification of appropriate marketing programs and campaigns to create awareness and generate demand
*Planning and management of the execution of these campaigns
*Measurement and performance reporting, including managing reviews with the Head of Sales and CEO
*Producing sales collateral, plus other activities and material to support the sales team
*Managing the marketing program budget
*Delivering agreed performance goals, including marketing influenced pipeline, activity responses and marketing qualified leads
*Execution activities include managing vendors and agencies working on their behalf such as PR, telemarketing, print and promotional product vendors
*On occasions, this might also involve a limited amount of copywriting and use of the Marketo marketing automation platform
Skill Set:
*5+ years marketing experience, preferable in IT/Services industry
*Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
*Experience in various facets of marketing, including value proposition and campaign development, social media/advertising, direct mail, telemarketing, marketing automation and PR.
*Experience of working as part of a larger Matrix organization managing both marketing and non-marketing stakeholders
*Knowledge of consulting services industry
*Experience working across organisational levels, including executives and technical professionals
*Experience working directly with Sales
*Knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies, including Microsoft Office
*Strong communication and influencing skills
*Knowledge of developing and implementing marketing campaigns
