Customer Interaction Lead - Process Development Focused (UX/UI)
WaveTel is looking for a consultant to be responsible for Customer Insights gathered in this particular project as well as other projects to ensure they are transferred to requirements and solutions for a good overall experience for the customer.
Requirements:
Responsible for:
- gathering knowledge of customer insights from completed investigations.
- communicate content and analysis of customer insights to stakeholders around and inside the project
- transferring Customer Insights analysis to process-development and make sure that solution fits the customer needs
- transferring customer insights analysis to requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria
- detail requirements
- be part of detailed design
- test solution, both processes and systems
- Sync customer experience requirements with aligning projects
Competence:
Interaction design, usability testing, Process-development, understanding of market and business needs.
