ITIL Service Design Manager - 6-month contract - Middlesex
Transition Partners are currently recruiting for a Service Designer to work for a well-known organisation to work on an exciting programme of work.
Experience Required:
- ITIL Qualification or other Service Management Frameworks
- 5 + years' experience within Service Management
- Service Design & Transition Lifecycle experience
- Desirable - knowledge of security standards
- Desirable - Prince 2 Qualification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert on ITIL v3 processes
- Working with the supplier and team to define and implement the service requirements within quality, budget and time frames proposed
- Produce service designs and review processes to ensure the design meets budget and requirements
- Ensure service design meets architecture requirements
- Work closely with the 3rd party suppliers
- Ensure requirements for the service model are met
