A new opportunity for a Internal Account Manager role has arisen in Birstall. This role is for Maternity cover.

- High achiever with proven experience of achieving sales targets

- IT infrastructure sales experience (desirable)

- Excellent sales & communication skills

- Ability to negotiate and influence at CEO level

- Good understanding of customer service

- Self-motivated with a pro-active approach

- Confident, mature and professional approach to work

- Emphasis on building good relationships with customers

- Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills

- Self-Learner with a drive to succeed

- Team player with a passion to achieve targets

- Willingness and ability to be flexible in relation to time commitments of the role

- Excellent standard of written and spoken English

As a Internal Account Manager your daily activities will include:

-Make regular, planned outbound calls to existing client base to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with the aim of retaining and growing allocated contract base

- Developing customer relationships through telephone, email or customer meetings (as approved) located at Birstall for this role

- Meeting productivity and sales targets with performance being measured against pre-defined KPI's

- Identifying and effecting contract amendments and schedule change documentation

- Working closely with Commercial team to generate customer contract amendments and complete transactions within rapid turnaround

- Preparing and submitting re-sign quotation documentation in order to secure multi year agreement terms

- Prepare and present weekly upgrade/downgrade/new business forecast pipeline reports via Salesforce

- Handle inbound customer calls and escalate appropriately

- Handle, manage and resolve end to end customer issues, complaints and queries ensuring high level of customer service at all times

- Diarise accurate customer call-backs

- Provide accurate and detailed reporting where required

- Maintain up-to-date Salesforce records on whole account base

- Prepare detailed account development plans

- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at CEO level

- Be vigilant for possible fraudulent activity and if necessary raise a security incident report using the template accessible via the corporate Intranet

- Carry out any 'ad hoc' assignments as and when required

- To be compliant with health and safety company policy and legislation
