Description
Our client, a large banking organisation is looking to recruit an experienced compliance advisory candidate to join a protection and investments team and specifically advising the business on lifetime mortgages.
The Role
- Lifetime mortgages, equity release qualifications beneficial - CeRER
- Recent experience in either a lender or distributor and ideally in the Compliance Advice function
- Understand the regulations for lifetime mortgages, MCoB 8 and 9
- Have a robust understanding of the conduct risks within the distribution sales process and ways to mitigate them
- Able to look at both direct and introducer distribution models
- Compliance aspects for the product design and aftersales servicing.
