Languages: ENGLISH, DUTCH and FRENCH
Skills and experience:
- Operations Manager expertise
- Enterprise Architecture of Operations Management
- Expert Operation Manager & Architecture Operation Management MVP certified Microsoft
- Good experience in administration of System Center Operations Manager
- Control of the implementation of System Center Operations Manager and his third products within the STIB or in an equivalent company
- Knowledge of ITIL process
- Experience in project management
Description of work:
- Implement and improve new functionalities
- Migrate and improve existing Microsoft System Centre Operations Manager (SCOM): design, follow-up of the implementation, direct contact with the Microsoft development teams as MVP
- Ensure follow-up of products and share expertise and knowledge with the team (formation on the ground)
- Define and document the configuration standards, usage and implementation of the tool
- Implementation and/or improvement of Service Request via SCOM
- Implementation and/or improvement of performances and of Operations SCOM
- Improve reporting and statistics of the tool
- Ensure the update of the documentation
