Open Enrollment Administrative Asst
Description:
In this position you will provide database entry assistance, scheduling support assistance and daily operations support to the Member Enrollment department.
This person will also interact with Account Management, Sales Associates as well as other departments within the organization to support the staffing of open enrollment meetings.
Data Entry and Scheduling within Salesforce
Schedule open enrollment meetings in Salesforce
Export meetings details from Salesforce to excel and format it in excel
Generating reports from Salesforce
Posting Meeting Reports on sales bulletin board
Communication support via phone or email
Confirming meeting dates and sending out reminders with weekly calendar
Verifying that on-calls made their Account Management & on-site contacts
Verifying Thrive Ambassador hours worked
Standard Work Hours: Flexible - normally you will be working normal business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Some adjustment may be needed as scheduling conflicts arise.
Requirements:
HS/GED and 4 years marketing/business/administrative experience (with a BA/BS degree ONLY 2 years are required)
Excellent functional knowledge of Word and Excel
Excellent computer skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent data entry skills
Well organized, with great attention to detail
Strong Lotus Notes and or Salesforce experience
Ability to work well independently and creatively in a team setting
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
