Description
IT Business Analyst wanted for our client in the pharmaceutical industry based in Zurich.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably within the pharmaceutical industry)
- Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM (additional knowledge in SFDC preferred)
- Communication skills are important
- Experience with multi-country veeva implementation is a plus
- Certifications: Veeva Administration and Salesforce would be a plus
- Flexibility to travel across Europe is a must (weekly travel Madrid - Zurich)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services
- performing business analysis
- is responsible for gathering user requirements for Commercial CRM/Veeva platform
- Writing functional and detailed specifications, process documentation and business requirement documentation
