Description

Stanton House are pleased to search for an Operational Readiness and Cutover Lead for a growing global media firm, in order to ensure smooth transition of services from development into production.

As well as devising and managing both the cutover plans (including dress rehearsals and production) and the Operational Readiness criteria, you will be:

Accountable for customer satisfaction regarding Transition planning & Validation of services introduced to Production (Operational, Strategic, tactical changes).

  • The effective point of escalation for the Transition planning & Cutover services.
  • Accountable for ensuring right level of validation & testing is conducted for introduced services (Operational, Strategic, tactical changes).
  • An effective point of escalation for Operational Readiness & Cutover services.
  • Ensuring that Support Model is representative and maintained in line with Service Changes.
  • Defining & managing Early Life Support model to conclusion.
  • Accountable for the achievement of agreed improvements to Operational Readiness & Cutover services.

Key Experiences

  • Ability to ensure the service (s), changes are tested & validated explicitly according to service design/requirements.
  • Ability to maintain & execute effective operational interfaces with customer teams.
  • Experience of effective risk management across Operational Readiness & Cutover Services to protect and ensure operational targets are met.
  • Experience of defining, implementing and managing Early Life Support.
  • Ability to review & critique testing plans, results, acceptance criteria for Functional & Non-Functional testing (in alignment with project/service requirements)Strong, vibrant inter-personal skills in both a group and one-to-one settings.
