Key Responsibilities:
-Providing oversight of risk and finance topics across Divisional Risk Management Committees including Swiss Universal Bank, International Wealth Management, Global Markets, Investment Banking & Capital Markets and APAC.
-Support the Board of Directors Risk Committee and the Capital Allocation and Risk Management Committee (CARMC) for CS AG including objective setting, agenda planning, meeting organization, speaker / content provider coordination, document screening and feedback to input providers, meeting materials management, minutes, pending items mgmt., etc.
-Contribute to Special Projects and requests on behalf of the Chairman of the Board of Directors Risk Committee.

Required Skills:
-Proven track of record in supporting Senior Executive Committees or Chief Operating Officers/ Chief of Staff in Risk or Finance
-Working experience in Risk or Finance for a bank with a very broad knowledge in different risk environments/credit market/liquidity risk
-Minimum 10y+ experience and a strong background from the financial or banking industry
-You should be able to review reports from stakeholders on a very high level and summarize them for the Chief Operating Officers/Chief of Staff in Risk or Finance
-Ability to quickly understand complex risk and finance topics
-Ability to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders
-Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with ability to document in a clear and concise way
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Excellent organizational skills

Education:Higher Degree Education in Risk or Finance or similar experience
Languages: Excellent English and Other Languages is a nice to have.
