SAP Order to Cash Workstream Lead
KPMG are looking to recruit for a SAP O2C workstream lead to manage the O2C workstream.
Pleaes note that this role will require travel to the Republic of Ireland.
Area of Responsibility
- Proactively proposing solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes
- Support the business team with issues resolution and provide a solutions based approach
- Coordinates and facilitates all project activities within the workstream, in close cooperation with the LPO and GPO
- Ensure global harmonisation and promotes together with the LPO and GPO the Global Template
- Proactively managing the progress of the workstream to ensure we can meet the agreed milestones
- Ensuring the timely delivery of workstream deliverables in the needed detail level, to be signed off within the agreed timeframe
Knowledge/Experience
- SAP Experience in SAP-O2C with integration experience to Retail, Purchase to Pay and Legacy systems
- Good Understanding of Retail and Wholesale business processes and having good communication skills
- Knowledge of the Retail/Pharmaceutical Sector
- Experience of Managing the Design and Configuration of SAP SD
- Experience of working with offshore teams
- Should have worked in at least three SAP Implementation Projects
- Good consulting and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal

- Ability to coach, mentor and lead a team
- Ability to manage conflict and bring resolution in line with project objectives
- Pro-active management of risks, future plans and resource requirements
