SAP FI/CO (Finance and Controls) Workstream Lead
KPMG are looking to recruit for a SAP Finance workstream lead to manage the Finance workstream.
Please note, this role will require significant travel to the Republic of Ireland.
Area of Responsibility
- Proactively proposing solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes
- Support the business team with issues resolution and provide a solutions based approach
- Coordinates and facilitates all project activities within the workstream, in close cooperation with the LPO and GPO
- Ensure global harmonisation and promotes together with the LPO and GPO the Global Template
- Proactively managing the progress of the workstream to ensure we can meet the agreed milestones
- Ensuring the timely delivery of workstream deliverables in the needed detail level, to be signed off within the agreed timeframe
Knowledge/Experience
- SAP Experience in SAP FICO with integration experience to Legacy systems and retail integration experience is Essential.
- Good Understanding of Finance business processes and having good communication skills
- Knowledge of the Retail/Pharmaceutical Sector
- Experience in working with Finance IDOC's/Interfaces
- Experience of Design and Configuration of SAP Finance, (FSCM experience is a must)
- Hands on experience in Configuration of Finance Processes
- Experience of working with offshore teams
- Experienced in configuring Master Data, Document Types, Account Determination, Banking, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Controlling and Overhead Management and Profitability Analysis
- Extensive experience in configuration for different doc types, custom routines and formulas
- Experience in integration of FICO with SD, MM and IS-Retail.
- Should have worked in at least three SAP Implementation Projects
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Good consulting and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, mentor and lead a team
- Ability to manage conflict and bring resolution in line with project objectives.
- Pro-active management of risks, future plans and resource requirements.
