Description
A 1 year (possibly renewable) contract has become available for the role of Capability Analyst for a training company based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Applicants MUST be male and UK or Saudi Citizens The successful applicant will enjoy;

Essential Requirements
The successful applicant will be, male and will be a UK citizen or a Saudi Citizen and will have;
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.
Detailed understanding and experience in the use and delivery of Learning Management and Learning Content Management Training Systems;
Detailed understanding and experience in the development of IDTC through the use of Agile Methodologies
Understanding of information modelling. ie who will have access to what information, what interaction is required between the various sub systems, how best to represent the information to the student.
Experience in facilitating User Acceptance Tests. ie understanding the 'test and adjust' process to bringing the system into operation.
Sound understanding of bid management and commercial practice
Excellent Customer relationship experience.
Strong standard of written and spoken English.
Business experience in the design, development and delivery of training projects.
Experience in implementation of 'Adoption Strategies' in order to get both students and instructors on board.
Knowledge and experience in the use and deployment of other modern training aids.
