Description
* SAP FICO Trainer - France.
RED is currently looking for a SAP FI/CO trainer to help one of their main clients based in Paris for a 12 months contract, to start within the next two weeks.
Our client requires someone who has an extensive knowledge in instructional design and that has created training documentation.
Core Responsibilities -
*Maintain training curriculum as required for assigned process area
*Maintain detailed course outlines
*Design and develop learning components for assigned process area courses
*Work with course owners to identify data requirements to support simulations and exercises
*Edit training materials per approved requirements after pilot implementation
*Provide quality control for offshore developed materials
*Prepare training materials for printing
*Prepare training materials for loading into an LMS
*Provide regular status to Training Manager
* Review and approve SAP instructional materials for clarity and usability; ensure content approval from project leaders and business leaders
* Anticipate and plan for future phase requirements; identify future opportunities for training improvement, learning effectiveness, and cost efficiency
*Ensure knowledge transfer to trainers
