I am looking to hire a Marketing Communications Officer for one of my Public Sector Client. Please read the below job Specification
Key roles and responsibilities:
To plan, manage, deliver and evaluate marketing and communications activities for the client.
Marketing activity to include the promotion of commercial services. To raise awareness, generate leads, nurture and convert to sales.
Provide specialist professional skills to help support business objectives, both raising the profile of products and maximizing business opportunities.
Experience required:
- Experience of planning and managing marketing campaigns and projects
- Excellent understanding of current digital marketing technologies and production tools
- Experience of best practice for design, navigation and content
- Experience of building relationships and working with colleagues of all levels across an organisation
- Proficient in digital marketing communication tools, including social media and email communication
- Excellent editing, copywriting and proof reading skills with high attention to detail and the ability to write in a variety of tones
- Leadership and team management
- Ability to challenge, negotiate and influence change and decisions
- Leading and communicating: Communicate using appropriate styles, methods and timing, including digital channels, to maximise understanding and impact
- Collaborating and partnering: Establish relationships with a range of stakeholders to support delivery of business outcomes
- Making effective decisions: make decisions when they are needed, even if they prove difficult or unpopular
- Seeing the big picture: develop an understanding of own area's strategy and how this contributes to Land Registry priorities
- Delivering at pace: Successfully manage, support and stretch self and team to deliver agreed goals and objectives
