The Production and Platforms team (P&P) is responsible for delivering change to my client's websites covering a variety of brands. The environment in which they operate is fast paced delivering over 3000 changes per year for their business stakeholders supporting their goal of being the best bank for customers.
This is a great opportunity to join the team and as a Content Specialist in the P&P team you will be an integral part of delivering changes to live sites across the various brands that they support.
Key Accountabilities
- As a Content Specialist you'll be responsible for accurate and timely content delivery to the group's websites encompassing basic user experience, content design and CMS implementation.
- Ensuring adherence to website standards and guidelines: Brand guidelines, DDA, site structure, tone of voice, performance, legal & compliance.
- Responsibility for applying due diligence to be an authoriser of project changes to the Live websites
- You'll manage stakeholder requirements, engaging with them throughout the process, from sign off through to implementation on to the live sites.
- Develop relationships and knowledge of area of product and technology specialism as appropriate.
- Ability to deliver basic customer experience and content design solutions to meet incoming demand.
- Evaluate risks in content production, implement mitigation and follow reporting procedure.
