IT Architect (Global Asset & Property Management):
IT Architect (Global Asset & Property Management) is urgently required to join one of the largest technology clients in Asia. The client is keen to hire an experienced IT Architect who has extensive experience working for market leaders in global asset management and property management. Some examples of these market leaders would be Sodexo, Airbnb or Uber. Market leaders with enormous and complex assets and properties spread all over the world. Assets can include facilities, plants and even car or vehicle fleets of any kind. It also encompasses real estate, offices, procurement and travel management.
The role of the IT Architect (Global Asset & Property Management) will be to design and deliver a global and sustainable architecture strategy by benchmarking similar architectures designed and delivered previously to the aforementioned market leaders. Said architecture must be designed in line with the future business transformation roadmap of my client. One the architectural strategy is signed off, the IT Architect (Global Asset & Property Management) will then drive it through to implementation.
The ideal IT Architect (Global Asset & Property Management) will have a proven track record in similar roles for the aforementioned market leaders. Some other examples, of these would be Samsung, MicroSoft, Apple, Unilever....etc.
Work will be carried out onsite in China and remotely, as well as extensive international travel to rollout the architecture internationally.
