Office Assistant, MS Office, Filing - Kent, OH - JOB
Salary Range: $15.00 per hour/Contract Assignment A national company specializing in offering a full range of natural resource and utility consulting services to multiple industries has an immediate need for Office Assistant to help out in their accounting department.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years' minimal experience working in an office setting doing filing, data entry, scanning and other general office duties.
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and strong knowledge of .PDF files.
- This person will be doing general office/clerical work in this companies accounting department. Duties will include doing data entry, filing, scanning files, converting files and other various office work. Any previous experience working in an accounting environment is a plus.
- There is a possibility that this position could turn from contract assignment to possibly contract to direct hire for the person that goes over and beyond their duties to help out.
Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
Salary Range: 15.00 per hour/Contract Assignment
