Description
The E-Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for working with the core project and technical teams to deliver functional requirements.
The following lists the main roles & responsibilities (but are not limited to):
The overall functional design of the solution
The protection of the solution from scope-creep by pushing back on out of scope requirements
Conducting requirement gathering sessions with end users and business analysts
Authoring functional specifications
Functional Unit testing
Assisting with UAT
Defect Triage and Defect Resolution for Configuration related defects
Triage and resolution of support tickets
Documenting the solution including the creation of training material
Configuring the necessary changes in E-Recruitment to meet the SAP Phase 3 project requirements
Authoring process flow diagrams, and business process procedures
The consultant should understand and be able to follow the ASAP methodology.
Skills
The following proven skills required for this position are (but not limited to):
Has deep (at least 3 years, preferably 5+ years) experience in the E-Recruitment modules of SAP
At least 1 SAP project implementation as an E-Recruitment consultant (excluding client side projects)
Must speak and write fluent English and have demonstrated experience writing White Papers, Blueprints and Functional Specs
Experience following the ASAP methodology
Must be able to work both in subject matter leadership and in a detail hand on system capacity
Ability to maintain a big picture view of the project vision and goals while performing detail analysis and configuration tasks
Ability to multi-task and strong time management skills.
