Role: SAP MM Consultant
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Rate: €680 p/day
Sector: Mechanical Engineering
Contract Length: 12 Months
Whilst working as SAP (MM) Consultant you will be involved in innovative proof of concept and design. You will operate as part of an expert SAP team, working towards driving a more lean and agile approach to delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the PTP solution architect to design robust, best practice solutions
- Working closely with the global supply chain teams
- Understanding needs, defining new requirements and implementing business processes and technical solutions
- Develop strong supply chain relationships so that business can be maintained
- Partner across IT to ensure integration within the solution
- Manage relationships and drive quality standards with external suppliers
- Govern projects that are delivered by implementation partners
- Provide second/third line support to the supply chain business teams
PERSON PROFILE:
- Experience of working in a 'Engineering' environment
- Experience of working with blended teams delivering large-scale SAP transformation
- A broad and deep understanding of SAP MM with solid design and configuration skills
- Experience across multiple project life cycles, from discovery to post go live support
- Knowledge of and integration experience with SAP SD, PP, WM, LE and Planning modules
- Excellent consulting, communication and client facing skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business
- Strong conceptual design and analytics capabilities
