Description
I am currently looking for a Senior Project Coordinator (m/f) for the IT Team of my client in Basel / Switzerland.Tasks & Responsibilities:
- F2F Meeting Support: Assist with the design, planning and documentation of 1-2 F2F meetings
- Cross Program Coordination: Identification of key areas of coordination and synergies with other programs and business functions (e.g., IDMP, TARIS, etc.)
Engaging with business, informatics and other cross-Roche program stakeholders to enable optimal coordination - PMO Processes & Documentation: PMO objectives & cadence
Status reporting information needs, templates and processes (e.g Project Reports (Clarity))
Monitor workstreams' statuses and report back
Manage meetings and capture RAID and maintain program project plan
Document key program and workstream level milestones as long as the program is planned to operate
Visual description of the roadmap digestible for business leaders
Must Haves:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a multinational company as an IT Project Manager using structured project management processes Project Management certification (PMP or similar)
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality
- Excellent English language skills
Nice to Haves:
+++ Former Roche experience (ideally having worked together with one
or more business functions and IT in the past)
+++ Experience in multi-site deployment project
++ Experience in leading teams
+ German, Spanish, other languages
