Description

Our kind of Content & Communications Officer
At Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research we get truly excited about the power of communications. We want someone who is passionate about creating great content whether it's offline or online, who is creative and inspiring, who shows initiative, enjoys a range of projects and is willing to get involved in as much as possible. What you'll do
Write informative, inspiring, engaging copy and create both offline and online content for a range of audiences, working with a wide range of teams across the organisation including our Sports, Patient Services, Corporate, Individual Giving, High Value Partnership, Regional fundraising and Research teams.
Be responsible for the project management of content and communications projects of different sizes, and be responsible within these for managing project briefs, schedules and budgets, as well as communicating with internal clients about the progress of the project.
Contribute to the rollout of our all staff events and internal newsletter.
Be responsible for creating and maintaining engaging and best practice web content, using a Content Management System.
Work with our Insight team to review, monitor, and continuously improve our communications.
Maintain the highest levels of quality in all communications by ensuring that brand and messaging guidelines, style guidelines and proofreading methods are applied consistently and effectively, both online and offline.

We'd like you to have as many of these as possible
Copywriting qualification or equivalent writing experience.
Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience.
Experience of producing communications materials for varied audiences across multiple channels.
Experience creating mass email campaigns.
Experience creating video and managing videographers, knowledge of video production techniques.
