Risk and Controls Manager/Lead Business Analyst (Migration)
Our client, a leading retail bank is looking to further strengthen their Business Unit Control Function with a Risk and Controls Manager/Lead Business Analyst, to lead a small team for a migration project.
Must Have:
- Demonstrable analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Tenacity and determination to partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions and to identify and communicate risk and control issues without alienating key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of controls exerted across migration effort to ensure the build happens effectively.
- Routine testing of operation controls.
- Ability to write concise reports and turn data into meaningful information
Requirements:
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Risk/Audit experience is preferred.
- Relevant experience in markets controls/supervisory activities in a relevant risk, Middle Office or control function.
- Migration experience within a banking.
- Strong analytical skills and a strong finance/economic academic background.
- The ability to formulate clearly and present information in a compelling manner.
- Strong communication skills will be needed to synthesize technical content to senior level management
