Design and Configuration of SAP in the following functional areas:
Sales organization
Sales Order management
Billing management
Pricing
EDI/IDOC integration
Delivery/shipment management
Complaints processing - Returns and credits/debits
Rebate processing
Output forms
Customer and material master data
Integration with inventory management and finance (FI, COPA and AR)
Ability to run BI reports in the SD areas
Understanding of Solution Manager
PAL
ATP
Customer Material info records
Pre-payment processing
Sales related reporting
Stock Transfer Order & Inter Co. processing
