An eLearning Technology Specialist (Training, VILT, Adobe Connect) is urgently required for an ASAP start in a long term, lucrative project in Amsterdam with one of our leading Financial Services clients.
The eLearning Technology Specialist (Training, VILT, Adobe Connect) will IDEALLY HAVE 65%+ of the following skills and experience -
- Proficiency in training distribution by using a Learning Management System
- Proficiency in VILT, preferably Adobe Connect
- Proficiency in knowledge of E-learning authoring tools
- Proficiency in efficient distribution of online training
- Proficiency in working with big learning data
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent advisor skills
- Knowledge of and experience with SAAS software models
- Customer focus mind-set
- Basic project management knowledge, preferably working experience in an Agile environment
The eLearning Technology Specialist (Training, VILT, Adobe Connect) will be an expert and comfortable answering questions on how to integrate content like E-learning and classroom for the client. The eLearning Technology Specialist (Training, VILT, Adobe Connect) will understand which learning functionalities are proven to be effective and therefore also understand the capabilities and limitations in the LMS, E-learning, and other learning technologies. The eLearning Technology Specialist (Training, VILT, Adobe Connect) will lead the LMS team as a product owner and will set priorities in each sprint. The eLearning Technology Specialist (Training, VILT, Adobe Connect) will be comfortable 'telling the story' in terms of how new technologies fit in to the learning ecosystem.
The client is rapidly changing the way they offer training with great impact on the digital learning environment. To support these changes, the client is looking for temporary support. Although you do not need to be highly technical, you must feel 100% comfortable with learning technology and learning data. Technologies include LMS (Netdimensions), Workday, Authoring tools, Learning APP's, Games, Video, MOOC's and Learning portals.
