Description
For an Air Traffic Management client, Eurocity is looking for an IT Service Delivery Assistant. The IT Service Delivery Assistant handles tasks that gather service data, administers service reporting tools, administers service catalogue maintenance, assembles and produces service reports and any other tasks that assist IT Service Management efforts.
TASKS
- Administer Service Reporting support tools
- Assemble and produces Service reports
- Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports
- Manage communication distribution lists
- Manage service reporting communication
- Manage global information communication to the different distribution lists (foreseen system unavailability, interruptions, etc.)
- Gather service data as needed for reporting and communications
- Manage knowledge and documentation repository
- Handle and filter Change request by recording, processing (determine severity, size, priority and impact) and pass the change through the appropriate decision making workflow
- Organize Operational CAB (Change Approval Board) meetings
- Prepare (CAB) meeting agendas and provide all necessary review information to the CAB members prior to the meetings
- Monitor the successful completion of all changes
Must have (knock out criteria)
- A minimum of 3 years of general experience is required with 1 or 2 years experience in IT projects
- Fluent in English and French would be an asset
- Analytical skills, general understanding of the products and services.
- Writing skills
- Ability to synthesize, organise
