Description
My client a large national bank has an immediate contract for a Business Analyst with 6+ years' experience to join their operations section. Your role will be centred on business analyst functions including process design and analysis. This is a 6 month contract role and possibility to extend. This is a daily rate contract, paying €500 - €600 p/d, depending on experience (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Business Analyst (BPR) - including Business Requirement Gathering, Functional Requirement Document Drafting, Business Process Mapping, Modelling and Re-design, Report Generation;
- Enhance the customer and partner experience and achieve process efficiencies
- Data Analysis
- Coordinate process design
- Assist in Project Management
- Manage workshops
Experience and Requirements:
- Good communication skills and good attitude - paramount
- Relevant academic and/or professional qualification - Business, IT/computer Science
- Knowledge of the financial/banking industry products/services/applications
- Change Management experience a big benefit
- Managing workshops
