INTRASOFT International, a leading European IT solutions provider, is seeking on behalf of one of the European Institutions based in Brussels, a professional to cover the following opening:
eLearning specialist
Your Role
You will be part of a time with the following key responsibilities:
- Produce Training material (including E-learning modules).
- Revision and rewriting content to shape it for E-learning needs.
- Structuring and developing eLearning content and activities.
- Creation of media resources to support eLearning.
- Customization of LMS platform (such as Moodle).
- Produce user guides and IT documentation.
- Monitor development activities to assess required updates of existing information.
- Collect information from various sources (written information, business users, developers, analysts) to define the focus of the required information and to structure it.
- Write user guides, documentation and news for the information systems.
- Prepare and maintain modules.
Skills and competences
- Proven working experience in training role including E-learning
- Knowledge of Captivate, Adobe Presenter, Articulate Storyline or other media production tool from Adobe
- Knowledge of Video processing
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
- MS Office proficiency
- Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken) French would be an asset
- Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment
- Rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
