Sales and Operations Analyst, Salesforce, Contract, London

My client is a rapidly expanding software organisation. As a company, they are seeking to become more digitally and online focussed and are forming new digital, marketing and data related teams to mirror these objectives. They have existed for circa 20 years, but still maintain a vibrant, start-up feel to their organisation, with lots of opportunity for creativity and growth.

Responsibilities

- Produce weekly sales management reports based on data from Salesforce.

- Calculate monthly and quarterly sales commissions to be submitted to Finance team.

- Produce monthly sales and marketing board reports based on data from Salesforce, Marketo and Google Analytics.

- Analyse sales and performance records, interpret results of overall sales.

- Assist with maintenance and cleanliness of sales and marketing data in Salesforce.

- Create both standardized & custom reports, conduct quantitative analysis and provide support to Commercial Operations Team.

Experience

- Expert knowledge of excel and data analysis. Must be comfortable manipulating large amounts of data in excel, create custom formulas, charts and pivot tables from data sets.

- Ability to co-ordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope.

- Great organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.

- Great problem solving and analytical skills.

- Good working knowledge of Salesforce - be able to create custom reports and understand dashboards.

- Have a natural sense of ownership and responsibility for the quality and timeliness of your work.

- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
