Intervention on a SAP roll-out project in the USA in multiple locations (New York state and Missouri)
- SAP PP expertise
- Design features identified as gaps against the core model solution
- Deploy and preserve the core model integrity during the project
- Manage Data migration
- Manage PP Offshore team
- Manage Client relationship (Single point of contact of Business Process Owner, IS, and Key Users)
- Industrialize the deployment process referee with Offshore Team
