Marketing Project Coordinator
Description:
Assists and supports Marketing Program Leads with the coordination, implementation, and execution of simple projects, including coordinating logistics, preparing status reports and presentations, and collecting and tracking cross-functional team assignments.
Handles the day-to-day invoice processing in Onelink, processing recharge statements for Local Markets and MMC recharge cost center.
Accesses information from a computer and/or maintains a computer database.
Enters data for invoices and generates recharge statements.
Formats and produces documents.
Works with numbers (ie, add, subtract, multiply).
Detects and correct errors.
Uses word processing, spreadsheet, database or other software on a computer.
Requirements:
Solid technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Detail Oriented
Some Accounting/Finance background
Prefer candidates with One Link but will train.
AA Degree Required plus minimum 3+ years of direct relevant experience. BA or BS preferred
Strong data entry skills
Marketing background
Healthplan industry experience helpful, but not required.
