EDI COORDINATOR

Department: National EDI Business Operations facilitates the testing, implementation and operations of EDI transactions both internal and external to KP. Works in a diverse and more complex environment; and includes some customer and executive contact. Performs more complex administrative activities including managing projects, composing letters and reports, preparing/editing presentations. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills. Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications. Provides assistance, training to other administrative staff, may supervise other staff. Includes frequent/continual contact with customers and executives. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills. Top 3 - 5 Daily responsibilities: Sorting email and replying to status emails and simple questions for approximately emails daily

Description:

  • National EDI Business Operations facilitates the testing, implementation and operations of EDI transactions both internal and external to the organization.

  • Additional staff is needed for the increased volume during open enrollment.

  • Works in a diverse and more complex environment and includes some customer and executive contact.

  • No specific industry experience although membership enrollment would be helpful. Email sorting, coordination of testing, communication of status are the primary tasks.

  • Performs more complex administrative activities including managing projects, composing letters and reports, preparing/editing presentations

  • Provides assistance, training to other administrative staff, may supervise other staff. Includes frequent/continual contact with customers and executives.

Top Daily Responsibilities:

Sorting email and replying to status emails and simple questions for approximately emails daily

Requirements:

  • Project management

  • Customer service skills

  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
