Resource Coordinator - 9-month Maternity Cover - £25K-£30K - Experience Design Agency - Central London - ASAP
We're currently working with a top experience design agency based in central London who are looking for a new Resource Coordinator to join their growing Studio.
You will be helping managing various teams into and out of projects, supporting the agency and ensuring everything keeps running smoothly!
This is a very key role within the agency and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference.
Main responsibilities:
- Resourcing people to projects - particularly freelancers
- Ensuring people know what they are working on and where they need to be
- Working closely with partners, agencies or direct contacts
- Reporting
- General admin - invoicing, supporting the Operations team
- Helping to familiarise new starters with life at the agency
Key skills and experience
- Ideally come from a creative or production background, with at least one year's experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Experienced using Microsoft Office products
- Previous experience using the scheduling system Workfront would be helpful
