Senior Business Analyst (Prestudy, business needs for new business support center setup, IKEA knowledge)
For our client we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to assist in the prestudy of a new Common Business Support Center setup hereunder investigating the business needs around a new Business Support set up.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist the client in Business Analysis.
The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
- Plan and Monitor Business Analysis
- Elicitate and Collaborate around Business Need
- Requirements Life Cycle Management
- Strategy Analysis
- Requirements Analysis and High level design support
- Solution Evaluation
Mandatory requirements & Knowledge
- Business Analysis with senior skills
- 4-7 year's work experience in the role as a senior business analyst
Experience in
- Prior business analyst experience
- Experience from IKEA and/or experience from support organizations are preferred.
- Organizational design experience
Other skills
- Hands on requirement management and ability to capture needs in a structured way
- Ability to challenge ensuring clear business needs
- Ability to assist in facilitating and leading workshops
Other project information
- Project end date: with option to extend.
- Total hours: 640. There is an expectation of overtime or on-call work.
- There is some possibility for remote/off-site work.
- There is no travel required outside the primary working site(s).
